Meyer Lemon Pisco Sour
1 Egg white
1.5 oz. Fresh Meyer lemon juice
2 oz. Pisco
.75 oz. Meyer lemon simple syrup
Add egg white to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to make it foamy. Add pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a measure of ice and shake to integrate. Strain into vintage-style coup and add a couple drops of bitters and using a toothpick, swirl. After, garnish with an edible flower and enjoy!
