~Green-Tini~
4 oz Square One Organic Cucumber Vodka
1 oz Pure Rainwater
Crushed Ice
Organic Cucumber Slices
Cilantro leaf
Sea Salt
Superfine Sugar

Chill a festive martini glass
In a cocktail shaker add lots of crushed ice, Square One Organic Cucumber Vodka, a slice or two of cucumber and Rainwater. Shake until thoroughly cold and frothy! (note: shaking your cocktail shaker above and behind your head as well as off to the sides tends to impress people-do try it at home) Rim your martini glass with a mixture of mostly sea salt with some superfine sugar added. Strain your "Green-Tini" mixture into the martini glass. Top with a thin slice of Organic Cucumber with a cilantro leaf in the center. <please support your local farmers> ENJOY!
