PUT COD IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND TILL THICK MASH
PUT 14 OLIVE OIL AND COD FILET IN A PAN SET AT LOW HEAT
ADD REMAINING OF OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC IN A SECOND PAN SET AT LOW HEAT
PUT MILK IN A THIRD PAN AND SET AT LOW HEAT
START BY ADDING 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC MIXTURE AND 1 TABLESPOON OF MILK IN
COD MIXTURE WHISKING VERY HARD TILL ALL LIQUID IS ABSORDED
